Benjamin Bridge is Canada’s most acclaimed sparkling wine house, nestled in Nova Scotia’s picturesque Gaspereau Valley. Its cool climate is moderated by the powerful Bay of Fundy – promoting natural acidities and a long ‘hang-time’ of the classic Champagne varietals, which are critical to producing sparkling wines of richness, structure, and finesse.

Blomidon Estate Winery is a boutique winery nestled on the shore of the Minas Basin, near Canning, in the picturesque Annapolis Valley. Their beautiful seaside setting offers a unique location for viticulture, as well as a scenic stopping point for visitors.

Domaine de Grand Pré
Domaine de Grand Pré is Atlantic Canada’s oldest Farm Winery, owned and operated by the Stutz Family since 1994. The Swiss born family quickly made its mark displaying a European sensibility for quality and passion for wine. Come for a tasting, stroll through the property’s lush gardens or sit down for a taste of local fare in their Restaurant Le Caveau — where seasonal ingredients meet local wines. L’Acadie Vineyards, in Gaspereau, was founded in 2004 by winemaker Bruce Ewert. Distinguished for their internationally awarded sparkling wines that have proven the caliber of their unique ancient seabed terroir. Warm rocky soil provides complex mineral and slight saline flavours, and sunny summer days and cool bay breezes at night nurture acidity for their prized sparkling wines.

Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards
Lightfoot & Wolfville is an organic and biodynamic farm winery that is family owned-and-operated by 8th generation Annapolis Valley farmers. There, the focus is on cool-climate wines that speak of their origin, including traditional method sparklings, aromatic whites, classic varietals such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and unique offerings such as Scheurebe and Kékfrankos. Mercator Vineyards is distinctive for its authentic heritage and welcoming in its relaxed and simple focus on old world style wine. They are named for the pioneering cartographer whose ground breaking world map was the gold standard in the age of exploration, the winery celebrates the first agrarian settlement in the area.
They are devoted entirely to growing exceptional grapes and making limited-edition wines that express their terroir’s deep earth, nourishing water, coastal breezes and warm valley sunshine. Millstone Harvest Brewhouse
Millstone Harvest Brewhouse, home to Sea Level Brewing, is located a little off the beaten path in the community of Sheffield Mills, just a short drive from Cape Split, Blomidon and Halls Harbour. Family owned and operated, the Brewhouse is surrounded by the lush acreage on which they grow most of their malting barley, some hops and fruit inputs. This allows them to produce Uniquely Nova Scotian, Farm to Table Craft Beers and Ciders.
Offering a full sensory experience, they offer Brewery & Farm Tours that allow you to see where your beer is grown and made.

Planters Ridge Winery
Planters Ridge is housed in a renovated 156-year-old timber frame barn that combines historical features with modern flourishes. The artisanal winery invested in state-of-the-art equipment, producing highly acclaimed wines, worthy of the Planters Ridge label. With a focus on blends, they have developed a reputation for crafting aromatic whites and well-balanced, silky-smooth reds. In addition to wine, they are producing innovative specialty products including meads, crafted with locally sourced honey as well as a premium cider blended with dark, local rum.
