Benjamin Bridge is Canada’s most acclaimed sparkling wine house, nestled in Nova Scotia’s picturesque Gaspereau Valley. Its cool climate is moderated by the powerful Bay of Fundy – promoting natural acidities and a long ‘hang-time’ of the classic Champagne varietals, which are critical to producing sparkling wines of richness, structure, and finesse.

Blomidon Estate Winery
Blomidon Estate Winery is a boutique winery nestled on the shore of the Minas Basin, near Canning, in the picturesque Annapolis Valley. Their beautiful seaside setting offers a unique location for viticulture, as well as a scenic stopping point for visitors.

Domaine de Grand Pré
Domaine de Grand Pré is Atlantic Canada’s oldest Farm Winery, owned and operated by the Stutz Family since 1994. The Swiss born family quickly made its mark displaying a European sensibility for quality and passion for wine. Come for a tasting, stroll through the property’s lush gardens or sit down for a taste of local fare in their Restaurant Le Caveau — where seasonal ingredients meet local wines. You can also make it a get-away by staying at their new Inn and dream away surrounded by vines.
L’Acadie Vineyards, in Gaspereau, was founded in 2004 by winemaker Bruce Ewert. Distinguished for their internationally awarded sparkling wines that have proven the caliber of their unique ancient seabed terroir. Warm rocky soil provides complex mineral and slight saline flavours, and sunny summer days and cool bay breezes at night nurture acidity for their prized sparkling wines.

Millstone Harvest Brewhouse
Millstone Harvest Brewhouse, home to Sea Level Brewing, is located a little off the beaten path in the community of Sheffield Mills, just a short drive from Cape Split, Blomidon and Halls Harbour. Family owned and operated, the Brewhouse is surrounded by the lush acreage on which they grow most of their malting barley, some hops and fruit inputs. This allows them to produce Uniquely Nova Scotian, Farm to Table Craft Beers and Ciders.
Offering a full sensory experience, they offer Brewery & Farm Tours that allow you to see where your beer is grown and made.
