Situated on the East end of the Town of Wolfville, Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards is one of Nova Scotia's newest wineries, having officially opened in 2017. Family-owned and operated by an eighth generation farming family, this estate identifies as a farm, winery, culinary destination and event venue.

With close proximity to the Bay of Fundy and the world’s highest tides, coastal breezes and excellent temperature moderation help create wines with great distinction. Terroir-driven, certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) wines are the focus, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, aromatic whites such as Riesling, and sparkling wines.

The culinary program at Lightfoot & Wolfville offers year-round dining experiences from exclusive events in the barrel cellar, to an intimate lunch menu on the weekends in the shoulder season. The summer patio restaurant features a wood fired oven and ingredients sourced directly from the Lightfoot family farm & garden.

Open for tastings and tours, the new hospitality and event facility features state-of-the-art, modern-barn inspired architecture with a stunning view of Cape Blomidon.
