Pillitteri Estates Winery
Pillitteri Estates Winery proudly continues a family tradition of viticulture and winemaking excellence. Founded by Gary and Lena Pillitteri in June of 1993, the opening of Pillitteri Estates was the culmination of a family’s dream. Today 3 generations of the Pillitteri family continue this dream, producing 100% local Niagara VQA wines that have received over 1000 wine awards from around the world. In 2017 Pillitteri achieved sustainable winemaking certification. The Pillitteri winemaking philosophy is to produce the finest wines possible from the highest quality Niagara Peninsula grapes. Winemaker Aleksander Kolundzic’s goal is to produce consistent, quality wine: rich, full-bodied reds; fragrant, lively whites; and luscious Icewines, in a variety of styles to suit every palate. Pillitteri proudly sells Canadian wine in over 39 countries and most recently partnered with Team Canada to be the Official Wine of the Canadian Olympic Team for the next 3 Olympic Games.

The Hare Wine Co.
The Hare, fittingly a symbol of fertility and good fortune is also the namesake of owner John Hare.
John Hare’s family has been in the wine industry in Europe as far back as the early 1900’s.
The family still owns and operates 80 acres of vineyard in Europe, supplying quality grapes to the two local wineries in the village.
John Hare continues his deep family tradition for the love of wine at The Hare Wine Co.
We only produce 100% VQA Ontario wines, crafting balanced and bold blends that are appropriately accompanied by premium varietal Icewines. These distinctive blends weave
a tapestry of stories, a montage, telling of both the vintage and historical good fortune and fertility of our region.
At the winery, guests feel as if they have walked into a European Country as they enter through our grand, outdoor Courtyard featuring 100-year-old repurposed bricks.
Come taste our small batch crafted Niagara wines on our summer patio overlooking stunning vineyard views or at our cozy Charcuterie Eatery over the winter months. We look forward to providing a memorable experience for you.
