Important 2020 Season Information for Our Guests
To Our Magical Guests: We have made the difficult decision to suspend our experience in the Niagara region and look forward to being on the road again in 2021.
The opening of our 2020 season in Wolfville is Thursday, August 13th. Sadly, we have not be on the road in May, June or July.
We miss you in Wine Country, and when you do come, your safety and comfort will be our priority. On the advice of public health officials, we will be on the road as soon as we can. While our experience will look a little different, as we keep our guests safe, the friendly, welcoming smiles and hospitality will be the same.
Our 2020 Season
We are excited to announce Tidal Bay Express 2.0 Tour – a new Nova Scotia Wine Country experience. Admission includes safety & comfort on board an air-conditioned coach, entertaining guide to curate your journey, one-hour stops at four unique wineries to enjoy two wine tastings and a yummy, small savoury plate created just for you by the winery chef. Seating is limited with three departures Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We hit the road August 13th through to November 1st.

In 2021, we will welcome back our British Double Decker Bus and the flexibility of our Hop On, Hop Off experience.
Our Comfort & Safety Promise:
- Tidal Bay Express 2.0 is designed with engineered seat partitions providing a physical barrier between all guests on board
- We have limited guests to twenty per departure and each group will travel in sequence, separately
- Every day the Tidal Bay Express 2.0 will undergo enhanced sanitization to public health standards
- Our Driver, Guides and Staff will wear personal protective equipment when greeting guests
- Our Driver, Guides and Staff will not shake guest’s hands but there will be lots of friendly waves and smiles
- A supply of disposal face masks will be available for guest’s use on board; guests are encouraged to wear a mask on board
At each winery, every effort will be made to deliver a safe, distanced experience. In some indoor winery spaces, where guests are seated, it will be in groups of ten. We will also try to accommodate smaller seating configurations whenever possible. We kindly ask our guests to help one another and give each other physical distance.

Are you feeling sick?
If yes, stay home and avoid public spaces, including work, school/child care, and shopping.
Do you have any of these symptoms?
Fever (i.e. chills, sweats); Nasal congestion/runny nose; Hoarse voice; Diarrhea; Unusual fatigue; Loss of sense of smell or taste; Red, purple or blueish lesions (spots) on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause; Cough or worsening of a previous cough; Sore throat Headache Shortness of Sneezing breath; Muscle aches
In the last 14 days, have you traveled outside Atlantic Canada?
If yes, you must stay home. You are required by law to self-isolate for 14 days upon return to Atlantic Canada.
In the last 14 days, have you had close contact (within 2 metres / 6 feet) with someone confirmed to have COVID-19?
If yes, you must stay home. You are required by law to self-isolate if you have been identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19. If you haven’t spoken with Public Health or been tested, you should contact 811 to be screened for testing for COVID-19.
Are you waiting for results from a COVID-19 test?
If yes, stay home. You are required by law to self-isolate while awaiting COVID-19 test results. Please follow instructions given by Public Health.
Our Health and Travel Restriction Policy
If the departure day you booked is cancelled or you are unable to be on board both due to preventative public health measures, we are happy to reschedule your experience or convert your admission to an electronic gift card. Both options are at no additional cost to you. Our electronic gift cards do not expire so you will have lots of rescheduling flexibility this season or in 2021.
Our Admission Policy
We really appreciate your business and your confidence in us. While our admissions are non-refundable, you have options; you are welcome to reschedule to a new day of your choosing, gifting your admission to someone else for their enjoyment or converting your admission to a gift card for redemption at another time.
